Anne McKinnell is an experienced senior Business Analyst with sixteen years of experience in Information Technology including user requirements, information architecture, user interface design, quality assurance, online user assistance, training, software documentation, and communications.  

Anne has special expertise in working with clients to define business requirements for web applications.  She uses an approach known as Rapid Agile Business Systems Analysis, which is a methodology used to identify each event, its objects and attributes, in order to develop a complete set of functional requirements.  The key to the approach is a combination of listening skills and knowing what questions to ask in order to fully understand the needs of the client and elicit business requirements.

Anne has the ability to deliver accurate requirements in a short period of time because she has done it dozens of times with a wide variety of topics from mineral claims to driver licensing to business incorporations.

On web application projects, Anne's responsibilities generally include:

• creating process diagrams;
• leading quality assurance;
• writing test plans and test cases;
• defect tracking;
• creating a graphic design for the user interface;
• implementing the user interface using css;
